89 camaro iroc
what are your takes on the 89 camaro iroc-z with a 350 engine. is the engine really a performance engine. i have heard that they are slow and cant really get modded to become a good engine. other people told me that they are great for performance. does the engine perform good or not?

the 89 camaro iroc-z is a good car, nothin wrong with it. The 350 is a bit underpowered stock but of course it can be modded to make great power just like any other engine. Only reason why people put down the Iroc-z' are coz they aren't as efficient and powerful as the LT1 engines in the 93 and upwards camaro's, but then again thats to be expected with the older model. Whoever told you they can't be modded to make great power is an idiot. with enough cash any engine can be made into a performer and the 350 isn't gonna cost you too much to get good performance out of it.
You should be posting this in the camaro forums, the guys there would help you out a lot and many of them know a lot about the 3rd gens so i suggest you post this same thread there.
