need a hand guys and gals! trouble with the new rex

hey guys,

havent posted in awhile been busy paying off loans and college lots of money. But besides all of that i'am having problems with my rex, i crashed my hatch last year and picked up rex for 1200 bucks. well the car has been sick for a while now and i can figure out the problem. It runs the vss! sensor code 16 or 17 cant remember. My cluster is a piece! the whole thing does not work besides speedometer the water temp is broken the gas gauge is busted and the rpm gauge occasionally works. I have a DOHC ZC running integra ecu the 89'. I tore the dash apart and around the tranny and cant figure it out i even changed ecu's so i have an extra if anybody is interested. I also changed the cluster didnt work either. So does anyone have any knowledge on this. And the clip that holds the speedometer cable into the tranny is gone someone said that might be it but i havent had any trouble out of it runs perfect. The car likes to hesitate in every gear and at every speed i push the gas. i changed the plugs and wires just to check since all of it is brand new. Didnt help at all. So if anyone can help i would be very thankful.
