Question 2002 Seatbelts - Extended Cab

I have just purchased my Ranger Edge and like all of it EXCEPT the driver's side seatbelt. It digs into the left side of my neck! I don't know if it is because I have short legs and therefore have the seat forward or because I like an upright posture. Or it is because I am female.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it?

There should be an adjustment where the seatbelt connects at top where you can slide it up or down. It probably want help much but you could get one of those pads that goes around the belt which may make it a little more comfortable. Good Luck!
