91 S10 Blazer with ABS and Brakes lights on Dash

Hi & Help,
I tapped a car at a light one morning (about 5mph) and ever since the ABS light abd brake light on the dash are always on. The code says 61 which according to the Chiltons book, is the ABS module. Well, I replace it with another (used) but no help. I checked the 4 wheel speed sensors as well as the speed sensor in the tranny and all read between 900-2100 ohms, which is normal in the book. I checked each one at the wheel and at the ABS module to confirm the wiring was good. I checked the parking brake switch, the switches on the brake pedal, the pressure switch on the combiner and all appear to be working properly. I even bypassed the exisiting wiring from the ABS to the back of the instrument cluster (in case of a bad wire) but no change. I even check the curcuit runs on the cluster and they are good. All fuses are good. I have checked everything imaginable but with no success. Anybody have any ideas of things I overlooked. The second ABS could be bad, but to get one with the same symptoms is ?????

Thanks

Tim
