87 4x4 s15 jimmy

I just got a 1987 gmc s15 4x4 jimmy about 2 weeks ago. My first problem is that i need information on replacing a rear u-joint, and i need information on how to replace the 4 body bushings on the outer edge of the body under neath the door and the quarter panel in front of the rear tire. My other problem is that when i keep the throttle between 1/4, 1/2 the back end of the truck rumbles a little and there is a clanking noise from the front, my friend says it might be the over drive on the trans, it is an automatic. otherwise its in really good shape
