Question Got Some Questions...

First question:
If I plan to resleeve my LS motor (B18B1) to 84mm to get 2.0L, would the 2.0L CRV motor (B20) be a better choice??? I was planning to put AEBS sleeves on whatever motor I'll use...I wanna reach 400HP...

Second question:
Here's a list of what I wanna do...Can you plz look it up and tell me if there's something missing, to change or better??? I wanna build a FI engine with at least 400HP...

-5 Angles Valve Job
-AEBS Sleeves
-IB Specs Wiseco Pistons (Maybe Super Duper)
-IB Specs H Beam Turbo Rods
-Skunk2 Turbo Camshaft
-Skunk2 Racing Valves
-Skunk2 Titanium Valve Retainers
-Skunk2 Valve Springs
-Bigger Injectors (Size to be determined)
-Bigger Fuel Pump
-Bigger Fuel Rail
-Intake Manifold (Golden Eagle or Skunk2)
-Turbo (Size to be determined)
-Ceramic Turbine (Reduce lag)
-Ball Bearings (Reduce Lag)
-Sparco Intercooler
-AEM Cold Air Intake

Re: Got Some Questions...

I think before you go trying to get huge impressive looking horsepower numbers, you should concentrate on how you are going to put it to the ground. Big numbers look cool, but in reality a 250 hp Civic can stomp the hell out of a 500 Civic if the 250 one can get it to the ground. The 500 hp one is just going to spin. I mean, have you seen street tires under the power of 500 hp in a Civic? It's funny.

When and where do you want your Hp? Up top, or down low? Personally, if you want a big number, I'd go for a set up that spools late, so you can get traction first, and has a nice top end. It won't be as fun around town, but it will kill on the track.

Your list looks decent, other than the vagueness, and the lack of managment system. Go back to ImportBuilders site, and read Jeffs article on building a turbo car, I almost garantee you'll change you mind about the block you want, or at least not worry about the B20.
