Where is the flasher on a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra. I'm tryng to replace it but can't find it.

Remove the ash tray assembly to get to the flasher.

should be near where the steering column meets the dash, and removing that lower plastic cover, the one that goes under the driver's half of the dashboard, and removing the ashtray, will help you find it...

it's a small round cylinder that plugs into what looks like a tiny fuse box...

in the 91 it is inbehind the fuse panel in the glove box might help
