Renting a Counter-Strike Server, Ver. 1.5

I need some background help, on where's teh best place to rent a Counter-Strike Server, Ver. 1.5. I'm running my own clan, with 20 members, and we need a server BAD. I'm looking at most to spen $60 for a 12-man server.
