Radio (No power)
I have a 740iL. I experienced that my radio will lose power intermittently and one day I lost power completely to my radio, cassette, and to the CD changer. I have checked all the fuses and they are good. There is no display in the DSP unit as well.
Can someone tell me as what problems I might have. Some one suggested that it may be due to a inline fuse. Help..... |

Re: Radio (No power)
Looking at the wiring diagrams in the Bentley's, starting in 1990 the audio systems do in fact have an inline fuse in the radio and in the power amplifier. I think the fuse for the radio plugs into the back of the unit, so you'll need to remove it from the dash to change it. Do you know how to do this? Also, make sure you know the radio code!
