Tap your bumper light wires to your headlight wires.

If the 93 accord is similar to the 94-97 than you bumper lights are your blinker right? If so than you will either have to switch the wires from your runnings lights to your bumpers and vice-versa, or you will have to go look for a how-to on using relays to do this. The problem with simply switching the wires is that you may get hyper blinkers. Be aware that if you have cheap bumper light housings, they may melt under the prolonged heat. I was considering getting some clear bumper housings and than swapping the wiring around, than installing "driving lights" into the bumper housing to make it look like the BMWs but I have a feeling the housing would melt pretty quickly. Perhaps coating the inside with some sort of ceramic paint to prevent the plastic from absorbing the heat? Hmm. Requires some experiment.

I did that with my 1990. Get a haynes manual for the wiring diagram and there are three wires coming off of your bumper lights. One of them is the remote lead. Take that and run it to the remote lead of your outside turn signal bulb. That way, you will have them on with your parking lights AND they will blink like normal. I think i changed the turn signal relay to either a stronger or weaker one, I forget. Call honda and ask them wich one to put in. Also, If you get clear bumper lenses get good ones, the first set I had melted through with hot bulbs, and the pair i have now are still perfect a year and a half later.

you dont need a diagram to tap into your running lights ! if you want your bumper lights on continously.. then splice into both your bumper lights and your running lights next to the headlight...then run your wires accordingly (make sure you dont get them switched around)..make sure you use good closed connectors and wrap the area tightly in electrical tape to assure no moisture ever hits your connection. Now if they are blinkers now they wont be able to support being on continously and blinking because they are a single filiment bulb....in which case you might want to do the same process but just tap and run the wires from your running lights down to your bumperlights and your bumper lights up to your running lights to just reverse what you have now...remember when you do this, you need to find your fuse panel that holds teh fuses for both running and bumper lights and if they are seperate fuses( which they should be ) then your gonna want to switch the fuses aroundso that they match the voltage being applied....Its not hard, pretty much just a lil guidance and a lil common sence..good luck bro

Re: Converting front bumper lights to running lights on a 93 honda accord se
umm...yeah that's what I just said. I suggest wiring diagram so he doesn't splice the WRONG wires. Actually, he does NOT need to splice into the light right next to the headlight, that light does not blink nor will it ever. The OUTSIDE light blinks, splice into that. Also, all bumper lights on 4th gen accords are single filament and will support continuous on and blinking, just do what I said and you will be fine.
