car radio 99' lumina

i had a new starter put into 1999 lumina results
starter worked. clock and radio don't, is there a
solution to my problem other than going to the
dealer.

call a chevy dealer and pretend that you work at a toyota dealer or something non gm. tell somebody in service that you are a mechanic and are working on the car and cant figure out how to fix it. they will give you a code to unlock the radio
