newb to import racing world need help

hi, im new to this, i work at a body shop and ive built muscles before but i have no idea what im doing with an import, i just bought a totaled 94 civic that im putting a new front clip in and since it has no motor i was wonder if i could just buy a swap motor and install it and what all it would take. I already know about everything for the exterior and interior since i work at a body shop but i just need help figuring out what to buy for the motor and what motor to get. any help would be much appreciated and none of you know what potholes are until you live in piedmont oklahoma, were talking foot deep 2 feet wide potholes on every road. thanks

Go to the 92+ Civic section and look into the sticky thread called "The complete swap guide"

Yeah, the swap guide post is a great starting place to get ideas. There are a dozen diff. motors you could install in that car but it all depends on funds and what your goals are.

are you wanting the stock motor back into it or are you going to swap in something bigger and better?
