what im trying to say is u don't really need all that. a really good ls/vtec set up should easily take care of the gsr, there's no need in switching trannies unless u got quite a bit of money and want to make crazy all motor setup. a well built ls/vec can cost upwards of 8000.00, i don't think anyone would want to spend any more than that to make thier car fast, unless like i said b4 they have a lot of money since all motor is expensive, or they are trying to make the best all motor setup.

For $8000 you could have a Type-R Turbo Setup

u might be able to purchase a b18c5 and a turbo setup at a discount for 8000.00, but than theres the cost of not just installation of both motor and turbo but also u have to purchased and install turbo cams to lower compression. quite a bit more if u ask me.

Don't B18C5's run high compression? How could you get turbos to work at higher boost on that engine? I know it's possible, I just don't know how people do it :P.
