Rattling!!!!! 90 Accord

So, I installed a base tube in my 90 Accord

Problem is, there are rattles coming from everywhere now. I realize my baby is old and should rattle, but my question is...is there some way of eliminating all that ralltling? Or, at least diminishing it? Is there a material that I could stuff in there, like expandable foam, or anything? Thanks in advance.

Sounds good for the trunk and stuff, but what about for the interior? It rattles like crazy going over cobblestone, for example.

dynamat ......... manufacturers only put a minimum of sound deadening material in a car because of the added weight and cost
