squeaking and camber help

I have two problems with my lude:

1. My right suspension system squeaks when you push it up and down, or you can hear it when you are riding down the road. I have put
wd-40 about every place i could think of but it won't go away. What should i do!

2.Ever since i bought my prelude i have had problems with the rear camber. It wears on the outside of the left and on the inside of the right. Has anybody had any problems like this, and if so how did you fix it?

Sounds like you need to visit an alignment shop. The specs for the rear are +0.3 to -1.8 degrees. Our car came from the factory with nearly identlical settings of ~ -0.7 and that is a pretty good handling setting for daily and HPDE. Something on your car is definitely not quite as it should be. Another thing to check is the TOE-the settings are easy to adjust for this on both ends. Make sure that you do it on a 4-wheel Thrust alignment machine (preferably a LASER).
The squaking up front could be due to a lot of things. Worn bushings, really cold weather is a known issue with certain Honda suspensionparts. You could have a bad shock or even the rubber insert in the top hat may be bad.

From your description you have purchased a used Prelude. You do not give us much to go on as to year or trim level. With that said you also do not mention if the car was lowered or if any bushings were replaced with poly ones. It is OK if you do not know-but please get an alignment. A stock Prelude CANNOT have the Camber adjusted without using kits for that. If you have an SH 5th gen there are kits for it just as there are for a BASE. A 4th gen will use the same kits on either the front or rear-if using anchor bolts. We used kits on both ends of our 5th gen after lowering it. SPC Balljoints up front and Ingalls anchor bolts in the rear-this corrected the Camber back to stock.
If the Camber is really bad-put the car on a frame rack before ordering any replacement parts. This will insure that the chassis is undamaged. It is even possible that the car hit a curb and bent something in the suspension.

aftermarket shocks? make sure that the strut rod isnt rubbing against the upper strut mount. I had this problem, i just replaced the upper strut mount bushings.

Sorry about giving no information about my car. It is a 1992 Si. It is currently all stock. maybe that can help.

good luck with the squeak man. i've put a little over 1500 into my suspension... and it still squeaks.

try turning the spring itself, may be set wrong in the perch.

hey , had my camber readjusted today, and a better alignment. NO MORE SQUEAKS woooooohooooo!!!!

yeah i tried to align it by eye.... the shop told me they've never had a car out of wack as much as mine... oops. took them 5 hours to align it. but they only charged me 50 bucks, and a case of beer... so it was all good.
