H22A Civic H/B Vs. S2000

Wich car would faster in the 1/4 mile a stripped out 1995 civic hatch back with JDM H22A 5 speed with some minor bolt ons and an average driver or a stock 2001 S2000 with not a very good driver?

With good traction, the hatch will rape the S2000 in the 1/4.
The Hatch will run low 13s while the S2000 is running mid to high 14s.

Who would win if both cars have equal drivers?
