No final email from HLJ yet
I have been waiting since around Dec. 6. When the order tracking thing rarely works it says the order is in special processing. What the hell. I sent the money order long ago. I have noticed that there website has been running really slow. Is it just me or has anybody else noticed this.

I guess it is the price of their popularity!

I use HLJ for rare stuff, but I wouldn't want to order anything I needed straight away!
I'm sure you guys have other projects underway though, stop ya moaning and get building!!!

is their order status page down? since i've tried eairlier, and my order number they say on that page doesn't exsist. and now, i can't even get in that page.

I got a email back today from them.
This is what happened.
I ordered my opel on the 12Dec and it was going to be sent. Just before it was sent i then ordered some wheels which are out of stock. I told them to send the Opel and i'll wait for the wheels. Somewhere along the way they have decided to what for the wheels and send the lot as one parcel.
So the email said it will be sent in the next day or two...hopefully

I think they did that to me too. I have a couple kits out of stock so I went to send me what's in stock now and I'll wait for the rest. It took about 2 weeks to hear a response. Then suddently it went into payment processing and the kit were suddenly in stock. I think they knew a shipment was coming in and delayed processing my order further until it came in. I'm in no rush, I have enough kit to keep me busy till next winter.

I can access their status page now. But the damn thing says my order doesn't even exist. What the hell. It better exist because I paid good money for the shit.
