During the winter months I would start my car to let it warm up for about 20 minutes. When I got in it, I noticed the "low coolant" light was blinking. I checked the coolant and it appears to be fine. Also my speedometer sticks on about 45. When I stop it sometimes goes zero or stay stuck on 45. If it goes to zero and I start to drive again, it rapidly goes back to 45 and stays. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

Your coolant level sensor needs replaced. It's in the passenger side of the radiator. It is corroded. Runs about $60 at the dealer.
