I assume you want to change the VTEC switch over point?

You can buy VTEC controlers from a variety of places, but IMO unless you have either some aftermarket cams which need it, or a VTEC Prelude changing the switch over point is a waste of time.
Honda didn't just make an arbituary point in the RPM range and say this is where the cam will switch lobes. They would have spent lots of time and money analysing the power and turque curve of the engines to find the optimum switch over point.
So unless you change the power curve theres no point in changing the switch over point.

The only exception to this is the H22a powered Preludes, for some reason (most likly emmisions,) Honda didnt set it at the optimum point.

VTEC CONTROLLER

MAKE SURE IF YOU BUY A CONTROLLER ITS NOT ONE OF THOSE HAND ON PUSH THE BUTTONS AROUND PIECES OF CRAP.
YOU CAN NEVER MIX THE CORRECT AIR FUEL MIXERS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO JUMP THE BAND UP AND DOWN BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE FUN TO PLAY WITH.
IM NOT SURE IF U HAVE UNICHIPS ETC BUT YOU CAN BUY SIMILAR WITH THE VTEC CONTROL WHICH ARE FULLY PROGRAMMABLE BY LAPTOP WITH ANY MODIFICATION YOU DO AND THE BEST TUNING IS DONE ON A DYNO NOT PRESSING BUTTONS DOWN SOME STREET.
YOU CAN CONTACT UNICHIP ON UNICHIP.COM.AU/ AND THEY CAN PUT YOU ON TO SOMEONE.
