ok peepz , i read alot about this dsm link but WTF is it and where the fuck can i get it. plus whats it gunna cost me and whats the point to it . oh well maybe u peeps can offer me some insight into this

yea my car is a n/a sad to say
 it was by far the stupidest mistake i have ever made in my life   but what does the pocketlogger for my car do, whas the big advantage. will it pull codes out like a diagnostic computer or what . lemme kno i'm still interested in this

and does my gs have an obdII or what the hell. i'm clueless here as u can tell and also wtf is that rtek7 chip for

The 98 gs does have obdII..

thanks for all the info ashah000. but i dunno if i'll get the datalogger for my car. i'm sellin it right now and trying to buy a tsi awd. so i may need to get the dsm link instead. then again it might be worth it if it will work/is compatable wit a 95 tsi awd. if you would happen to kno this that would be great thanks again - joel

Do some research before you babble on with poor grammar and swearing. There are lots of people that don't know what DSMlink is, but they are able to look it up easily, and you could have too.

thanks for the great advice joewagon. i'll remember that next time. and yes i did do my research to an extent. i went around an asked a few of the import tuner shops here and well they had no idea what DSMlink was. so i was still lost and i did what your supposed to do... ask someone who does know and can tell you exactly what it is.
