Collegiate Male Laundry System

Visiting my buddy at Marymount University (where I plan on going next year) I discovered that there is an actual Laundry System with most of the guys at the dorms... they call it the 4-drawer system.

Each dresser has 4 drawers on it. The top drawer is filled with fresh clothing recently obtained from the laudry-mat or home. Once you wear those you place them in the second drawer, to be reworn. The same process follows into the third drawer and then the fourth, until there are no clothes left in any of the top 3. That is when you visit home or go to the laundry mat.

Personally I'd rather get my own room and go to the fuckin laundry mat every week... shit.

Anyone go through this or a similar system?

I go through a similar system. I wear clothes, through it on my chair and then wear something else. When I run out of clothes I start recycling until my cologne can't cover up the smell anymore. Then its time to wash it.

That's pretty funny. My system is a little different. The shirts get re-hung in the closet to be re-worn up to 3 maybe even 4 times. If any of the close smell like cigarettes or just plain out stink they get sent to the dirty clothes basket. Had the same system since my freshman dorm year. And pretty much everyone I know follows the same system.

College life is great isn't it?

Fuck the 4 drawer system, not everyone has the same retarded ghetto ass Ikea furniture you have

Also, people who steal other clothes from people in laundromats should be run over by a 87' Plymouth Horizon.

Except for soxks and underwear, everything gets the sniff test. If it passes, i wear it again, if not, into the laundry bastket. An not one woman is the wiser

I don't revel in being filthy. I wash most of my clothes after one use. Dirty = no poontang.

Re: Collegiate Male Laundry System

I usually throw my clothes on the floor next to my bed....my roommate does it to, so, theres no conflict there. The next day, I pick them up and give the smelltest and a lookover, if they're fine, they go back in the closet thingy (its an open space with a clothes rack).

It works, and my alfred sung works good at covering smells.
