Question Got sum questions about customizing...

I have a '90 Honda Civic DX, and can't stand the interior, or the fact that its only got two stock speakers. I was hoping that someone knew how to do some customizing of the plastic paneling and stuff like that. I wanted to add a few holes in a back seat area for at least 2 more speakers, and I wanted to add some cupholders up front. I don't wanna just be cutting holes in my car and screwin a few speakers... I want it to look nice and professional, like if it came that way from the factory. I wanna be able to remold the plastic to make my own shapes and maybe have the speakers stick out sum like you can buy sum Sub boxes... I always wanted to do a lil' trim painting around the vents and maybe door handles and such... Any help would be great!

learn to work fiberglass...(a hopeless art for some, like me - lol)

trim painting: if you're patient and careful (I've used Krylon Fusion for color and then a clear coat - several light coats of color and a couple of clear and plenty of time to dry in-between)...

Re: Got sum questions about customizing...

okay, heres a small suggestion, go to a junkyard, pick up a complete knew back dash piece (the plastic parst) for like $50(prolly even cheaper). take that piece home, and take a pensil, with that sketch out your spots for your speakers. Cut this out, then replace this with your old one. Now you have your new slots
