clutch question?

whats up guys...i was just wondering whats the difference between stages of clutches (i.e. - stage 2, stage 3....) and the # of puck (i.e. - 4 puck, 6 puck....) I hear people talk about stage 2 & 3 clutches, and i hear people talking bout 6 puck clutches...and I have a 4 puck clutch in my car, and I was just curious about the differences, if any....other than the names...thanx for ur time guys
