89' Trans Am TPI WS6 times?

Ok, I'm still in the hunt for a Trans Am. I found an 89 with low mileage and it looks great. It's got the WS6 performance package with the Ram air hood and all that, it's a TPI engine and it's got a Flowmaster exhaust system and some other minor mods to it. What should I expect htis car to do in the 0-60 and 1/4 mile areas. Is it able to compete with later year Trans Ams or is it a little too sluggish even with the WS6 package and a TPI engine to keep up with LT1 and LS1's?

u wont keep up with the later LT1's from 96 and 97 but maybe the ones from earlier. im goin to say that if your car is in good strong running condition and stock or close to it you should run about a 15, but there are always the variables that cannot be accounted for

.

Running a 15 sec = 350 TPI, why would he have to worry about shifting? It's going to be an automatic.

Is this a 305 or a 350 V8? Either way you're talking about a car with around 220-230 hp. Do you think thats going to be enough to take on a LT1 which has 280 hp, or an LS1 which has 310-330 hp? Sounds doubtful to me.
