snow is fast approaching

snow is in the forcast for thursday. my car if is smashed, has 2 massive bird drippings which are fly bys so its streaked across my spoiler, there is black soot from running WOT on 93 octane fuel on the highway, brake dust everywhere near my wheels and all on the fender and stuff, my tires look all dry and shitty, windows dirty and dusty, interior filled with leaves dirt and rocks and gumdrops :zx11pisse , and there is blue residue from washer fluid on my hood and roof, my hood is beginning to rust where i smashed it and the bear metal is exposed. god my car look so bad right now.

i want to garage it for the winter. but i need to wash it once at least before i put it away. how can i wash my car without getting hypothermia or having the water freeze before i can rinse the damn car?

what do you guys do for the winter?

any help is much appreciated!

I go to a touchless carwash that has a dryer in it too...

If i want it really clean I go thru the pressure wash by hand, then the brush (well sprayed w the pressure of course ).. then I back out and then go thru the touchless.. since it has the dryer it dsnt have a chance to freeze... It of course leaves a few drops.. but thats nothing compared to the salt and sht we have on the roads here...

There must be an indoor place dwn in New Haven or something... Where they do it 4 u indoors... I've only looked in E Hartfordd and Manchester (none) ... going to yellow pages for Hartford... I hate cold and snow.

you could always rent one of those heated pressure washers that spray very hot water, so the body of your car would heat up and it wouldnt freeze as fast

In the winter this is what i do to keep water from freezing

I go to a car wash (pressure do-it-yourself type) and make sure the car is good and warm before i stop in the bay. I leave the car running and the heater blasting while i wash the car, this helps keep the exterior at a decent temp. As soon as i give the car it's final rinse, i dry it with a chamois.

Right after a long drive or so, park the car in the driveway and quickly spray it down. Then use your car washing solution, then spray that down quickly. Get in the car and drive it into the garage. You can then dry it off there.
