Not confirm so just a rumor. It might be too late because TL gets a redesign for 2004. However CL-S does have the confirm 6 speed manual coming out sometime in 2002.

people who buy luxury cars be shifting...thats what the CL is for the sportier feel

they probally will come out with it though and theyll sell like way under the orignal estimate then theyll bitch and moan and there stock will go down

The CL and TL were both supposed to get one for 2002 but no. I've heard many rumors that say yes. I got a guy in Honda that says yes for 2003. BTW, he also said that the new 2003 Accord will be redone, have a detuned version of the TypeS V6 {240hp?}, manual trans {maybee 6spd}, and maybee even AWD. These are all insider rumors, so don't hold me accountable.

The CL Type-s is going to get one in 2003. The TL, unfortunately is not. there is a rumor they may put one for the new model TL-S when it comes out...which should be as a 2005 model in 2004. but thats just a rumor. other rumors are that they may make it a RWD car, and will be using the RL platform. blah blah blah

Seems like your insider guy isn't very helpful.

Last summer American Honda V.P. Tom Elliot himself. Exact quote he said when reporter ask him what he will do with Altima now pumping out 240 hp. " 240hp might not be enough for the next Accord"

6 Speed was reported in Mag X's November issue. Along with AWD.
