im scared gf's civic will beat my tacoma?
my girlfriend just got a 1.6L vtec civic ex and i couldnt take it if her car could out do my slightly upgraded taco in a straight shot . would anyone know because i dont want to race and lose. i know its stupid please help

2000 xtracab v6 trd with exhaust and intake and throttle body spacer also it is manual transmission

ummm truck vs car is kinda unfair to begin with...obviously each are used for different things....yeah her civic might be quicker, but u try towin 5000lbs w/ a civic....if you want speed, get a s/c and fuel mods..

Raise your Taco up 6-10" put some 38's on it, race her, then drive over the top of her car at the end if you loose, that should give you the last laugh.....

if you get the s/c don't forget to save another 900 for fuel mods...your engine will thank u later...if you wanna learn more about it go to gadgetonline.com and click on Underdog racing development...he'll explain the whole deal w/ the TRD sc
