Unhappy Still looking for brake help!

Anybody got any ideas on the ElCamino brakes?

What the Hell has the two above messages got to do with fixing my brakes.
I adjusted the rear shoes outward and the pedal still has to bee pressed with the Power of Hulk to get the car to stop.
Now, I'm thinking maybe it's the powerbooster after all.
The drums are near their turning limit (9.59 in.) but still have half of the shoe wear left.

You are likely looking at a brake booster, but I would check the vacuum going to it before replacing. Ray

you may want to look at the check valve before replacing the booster

The jury is in.
I replace the booster and the brakes will now throw you through the windshield.
Thanks for everyone's help.
Now it's on to the 1984 Chevy pickup problem of no power.
