Question mx3's

hey people i have some probs with my bus......
i have put a 2.5 litre klze v6 in my car and it tends to cut out when its hot....when u engage d clutch in traffic it will cut out,
it has bags of torque and will spin d wheels in the first 3 gears....could it be d gearbox ratio as it is nearly the only thing that has not been changed on the car
please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its red, 2.5 inch down pipe/ de-cat a big bore 4.5" Ractive Box,standard exhaust manifold i got with engine, had standard mx-3 gearbox got an mx-6 gearbox and there is still no grip....i need a diff!! 6 pot brembos front and 4 pots in the rear....running on 17 inch oz superleggeras 215/40 goodyear F1's...i have a klze ecu and engine from a Xedos9...Viper cold air induction kit i didnt fit the engine myself and the egr and t/p sensor .....
i really dont have a clue what im at and the cutting out of the engine is wrecking my head and i wish i hadnt bothered in the first place

what disty are you running....
i doubt the gearbox will have to do somthing with the engine cutting off...could it be a bad disty?

Sorry man i have no idea what a 'disty' is...
please educate the ignorant..............................

where can i get a new one of those if it is bad and how do i find out for sure????

sorry disty is short for distributor...I had a problem similar before...my car would cut off out of nowhere..than it began to do it more and more often then it wouldn't start...ignition coil was the problem...it's in the ditributor...but don't know why it does when you engage the clutch
