USDM ITR steering rack, interchangeable to Civics?

That's basically what my question is. Is the USDM ITR steering rack bolt-on swapable to an EJ (6th gen) Civic? I ask because recently a friend of mine who has a '91 (S13) 240SX swapped out his OEM rack, for the Super HICAS steering rack out of an S14 gen. 240SX. If that crossed over, and knowing many Integra parts of the '94-'01 models cam be used in Civics, such as suspension components, then maybe the steering rack might possibly be a bolt-in swap as well. I'm after an ITR rack, because it should be a faster rack than other Integras or Civics for that matter have. My goal with this is to have quicker and more responsive steering, since sometime it just seems too slow for me.
