Installing Springs ?
I want to install some springs on my civic as soon as it gets here but I was wondering if its possible for me to install the springs in my garage with the help of a friend of mine, basically im asking if anything other than the regular tools are needed.

Re: Installing Springs ?
You need a spring compressor & alignment rack. I don't rec. using the cheap spring compressors from auto parts, seen 1 to many loaded springs take off - busted cement floors/walls. Read & follow directions, springs/struts/coilover(true or sleeve) are pretty easy to install *if no bolts are seized* When the lower control arm bolts are frozen you must cut bolt & press out bushing then press a new one in. Only use high grade bolts for suspension. SOAK THE SHIT out of all bolts to be removed, 24hrs or more, with penatrating oil(not WD40).
