Question Annoying Noise

1994 K1500 5.7 Automatic
Noise sounds like it is coming from driver side behind dash. Sounds almost like the blower motor but more of a humming/buzzing sound. Only heard while engine is running, not present with just ignition on. Any ideals? THANKS!

probably the fuel lines touching the body usually you can bend them down a little bit. i ran into this a few times took a while to diagnose the first time.
