Prelude wheel size, what fits?

I was just wondering what wheel sizes most people put on their ludes, 17's and 18's seem to be the norm, but what about width and such, what is the widest size tire that willl not stick out beyond the body panels and so on. Also any opinions on style and color would be good for this thread as well as tire reccomendations for those of us new to this stuff,

As for me, I like six spoke black wheels, those look great on most cars.
Can't stand gold or chrome tho.

Re: Prelude wheel size, what fits?

i have 18 X 7.5 on my 94 prelude and they fit fine and don't stick out. Did not require any rolling of the guards either.

I'm running 19 x 7.5 on Pirelli P-Zero 215/35/19. I've removed all inner wheel arches and it's about 40mm lowered. No rubbing at all. It also appears to drive the same as on my old 17's.
