Question brake lights wont work

i have a 93 s-10 2.8l 5 speed. right after i bought it i replaced the brake light switch (aprox. 1 1/2 yr ago). i just got back after 9 months in kuwait and my brake lights are broke again. pretty sure it's not the switch this time....any suggestions?

Re: brake lights wont work

Do the tail lamps work? Do the turn signals work?
You need to narrow down the problem by eliminating parts of the wiring and switches etc. to the lights that do work.

Figured it out ....the connector that plugs into the brake light switch was broke...$7.99 part...easy fix. thanks for your replies, even the retarded one.
