Do injectors go bad overnight?

I drove home from work yesterday and my car ran great just like any other day. I started it up today and at the end of my street the thing acted like it wasn't getting enough gas because it was stuttering all over the place. My a/f gauge (hooked directly to the O2 sensor so it is getting a decent reading) stutters way lean when the engine does this. WTF could be the problem that would be caused by my car sitting in the driveway all night? I've got half a tank of gas, and 150 miles on the tank so far, so I'm not empty. I didn't let it warm up, but it's like 40 degrees out.. This really, really blows.
