Deka Batteries

I bought my 92 SC a few weeks ago and when I got it I was told that the Battery and the alternator had recently been changed. I had the car in my driveway for a couple days without starting it up because i forgot to warm it up. Now the car won't start and the radio and other instruments won't come on, my headlights wont even flip up. Its been cold recently so I thought maybe it was the battery. Its a Deka "60" does anyone know how these batteries perform in the winter. It sounds to me like it might be my alternator though.

Sounds similar to my problem, but my car's power went out and came back on for no reason (see '98 SC2 Electrical Problems). First thing I would do is check the battery and what voltage it is so you start to rule things out. Also check to see if there is any corrosion on the battery terminals. Some of your local auto parts stores can test and charge the battery for you for free if you take it to them.
