Question panhard bar?

I have a 2 link with bags but no panhard bars! Is this safe or should I buy 2 bars and weld them on.

You should put a panhard bar. It is safer coz you won't have any side to side stresses on the suspension bar ends. The truck may not handle very good when turning with no panhard.
Buy a 1 x 1 steel square tubing and put 1/2 inch male rod ends on each end. Weld a 1/2 inch hex nut on each end of the tubing so you can screw in the rod ends and adjust to correct length.
Determine where you are going to mount it first on one side of the frame rail and other on the opposite side close to the diff u-bolt so you can exactly determine the right panhard length.
