Help! Someone hit the back right tire of my accord, frame damage?

Yesterday, someone approached a 4-way intersection and wasnt paying attention, claims he was looking for his cigarrette. He completly admited fault, so I am not worried about that, My question is this.

He struck the back right tire, threw my around 180 degrees. The tire was bent in, there was a dent above the wheel base, and the back bumper was shot, my rim was bent as well. Fortunatly it didnt hit my cat-back.

IT was towed to the body shop. It drove, but the steering was off because of the wheel.

Now, what damage could have been done? What damage do I need to ask the body shop about? Do you think it will be consider totaled?

Any input would be appreciated!!! Thanks.
