Hi. S10 offset? Help!!!

I got a 96 S10 2wd and I saw some 17in wheels on ebay with +38mm offset. It Says that they are for 4wd S10's but its a really good deal My truck is on bags and lays frame. Will they fit right? I can get adaptors if I have to. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
