silverado 4x4 question

hey, im looking into buying a 2002-2003 silverado 3/4 t. my question is, i hate there standard 4x4 setup, and i would like to have a front and rear lockers on the truck....like a 4wheel pozi traction setup...

has anyone done this, what are pros and cons, and how much would this kinda upgrade run me????
