Thinking of a Spectra ...

Hi folks,

I am just another chap in Singapore who is currently looking for a nice and afffordable car. Kia Spectra is just one of the few which falls into this category. But as a first time owner in Singapore, I do not know how appropriate is it to post such queries here as I understand most of you guys are from abroad. I do not know what are the differences in Spectras overseas and locally as well.

1. Are Kia cars high on fuel consumption value as compared to other cars in the same category? (Locally in Singapore, Spectra comes in the 1.6L conformation and not 1.8L)

2. Are Kia cars noisier when driving as compared to other cars?

3. Do you have any trouble with locating Kia's parts in your country?

Hopefully I can get some input leading up to my decision.
