R33 speedo problem after manual conversion

Hi,
I have just converted my R33 from auto to manual, and the speedo and oil pressure guages have stopped working. Also the HICAS light goes on and off at random every 20-30 mins.

On top of that, the steering feels unnaturally heavy, like the power steering isnt working. I have read elsewhere that this can be caused by HICAS problems, but I dont know how reliable that info is.

I got a manual wiring harness with the gearbox, but there is one plug on it that will not plug in to any of the plugs near the drivers headlight, where the auto harness used to plug into. I am assuming this is the partial, if not total cause of the problem. Does anyone know what wires are for what on these plugs?

I am thoroughly confused, if anyone can help that would be awesome.
