Re: mbc help

I heard a lot of good things about the Hallman mbc, that is what I bought. I haven't had time to install it yet. I read that the Turbo XS has problems with boost spikes. For example, you have it set for 15psi and it might spike to 19 psi for a second.

Re: mbc help

Hallman boost controller has travelled down the 1/4 mile in 8 seconds...maybe quicker in Buschur's car. I dunno about the other ones. I've heard good things about the Joe P. one also. The Turbo XS "standard" controller is nice looking... but not very good, also it doesn't have a ball/spring design to help with quicker spool up. They do make controllers with a ball/spring set-up but the Marc Hallman or Joe P is much much cheaper.
