Post 87 Supra engine swap out

I drive a 1987 supra and I was wondering if there was anyway to swap out the 7mgte engine maybe a 2JZE engine from newer Supras. The mounts look about the same and the engine are the same design. IS this possible

Smile injectors

if you end up doing that, sell me you stock injectors off of your normal 87 engine. They are 280cc correct? Sorry this is a little off topic from your original post.

Re: 87 Supra engine swap out

LOL 280cc injectors on a 7mgte... right...
Anyway the engines may "look" similar but thats where it ends, different design, different mounts, different everything. It is possable to do a 2jz-gte swap and it will fit, but it's only for the experts, very few have acutally gone through with it.
