Grr.. 93 oldsmobile achieva heater blower not working

k, after my last post i went out for a drive.. my heater blower is completely dead, there is heat coming in as long as the cars moving, but the blowers dead. i checked the blowers fuse/parts of its wiring and it looks fine. my wife said this had happened earlier but, it came back on after she turned the ignition on/off. i tried this serveral times, no change :/
