good idea?

OK i'm getting about 5k for a swap into my 91 STD suspension is done so i'm ready to get some balls into her. I want to do this all my self I feel I'm good enough to handle a B swap into it myself but i'm not to sure i'm good enough to try b20/Ls vtec so thats outta options for me.
I do want to go Allmotor with it hoping about 225WHP 200WHP depending on what motor I buy. Now i know the Type Rs are about 5k so i would be stock with them (for a while) or i was thinking of getting a B18c1 and doing cams header throttle body with the left over money. last idea I had was just old b16 i can get one for less then 1k so pleanty of money to blow on it outta the box. Another key is right now this is my only car so its gotta be ok to drive every day. thoughts ideas please?

id start with the b18 cuz you get the extra torque to start, since LS/Vtec is out of the question. anyway, id get that and upgrade the valvetrain first, cams, springs, retainers, valves, P&P.

GSR if you want all motor go for the gsr for getting close to 225 whp and like crxlvr said then upgrade the head and all that should put you to 225 hp
