Believe it or not all of my hard work in tracking down this guy has been successful i just got off the phone with him for the first time since last December. I talked to him for about 10 mins as of 9:20am (his time) and he said basically that he is very surprised that i never received my swap. He again mentioned that he is in the process of moving (Again) and that he doesn’t have access to any of my information or the port for that matter. So when he gets settled in at his new house, that he will call me right back on Monday after talking to the port. He also mentioned that that’s the last thing he is trying to do, rip me off. Apologizes etc, etc. So now I guess he is going to figure out where my swap is because last he heard was that he sent it to port, but the catch is that the Port Shipping company never called Andrew back to confirm, so what im thinking is that my swap is Still sitting there at port, rotting away waiting for confirmation. Thought I should up date you guys since this guy might really be good at heart.

sux to hear bro, but this is a good warning for most newbies to internet buying, check up on people a dozen times before you place an order with them, Hmotors is very reputable and i wish you asked some peeps before just giving away your money.

dont be prepared to get that money back tho, it will be very hard, especially if you have no recipet or anything of the transaction.

Not just to newbies but anyone that does not do the proper research and questioning before buying parts online. I personally prefer to go to a shop so I can point out a person specifically if anything goes wrong. Good Advice either way though.

Yea and thats the thing that really pisses me off is that i talked to him on the phone atleast 6 times. So i was almost 100% certain that he wouldnt rip me off and was running a legit business, reason being is that he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about everything, friendly, and i had no reason to believe that he was even slightly thinking of ripping me off. He even mailed me after he got my wire transfer and said that he was delayed, blah blah, "Im sorry but im really busy but it will ship by this weekend". Shortly after like 2 months later he just disappeared, now theres no communication what so ever.
I still have my original wire transfer reciept, as well as my bank has it all on file and Frost does as well. How much more proof do you need!!?

Holy shit!!! I'm VERY suprised to hear about you
losing your money! I actually know Andrew, and he in
fact DID run a legitimate business at one point. I've
bought 2 motors from him and they were the cleanest
swaps i've ever seen!! Back a few years ago he was
just getting started and I was one of the first people to buy
from him. I sent him $2700 for a JDM b18c with very
low miles and an LSD transmission. Everything was
packaged beautifully and everything came undamaged and
in good condition as promised!! Almost a year later I
ordered a b16 and he was even kind enough to send me
the ECU of my choice as well as a mix matched set of
axles I requested! I've talked to him on the phone, on
AOL IM, and through emails hundreds of times and even
refered him to other people who recieved swaps from
him. He was actually a distributor to someone who
sells engines locally here in Tampa, and sold quite a
few engines!! I have tried to call, email and IM him
with no success lately as you said you have.. I don't
know what happend or where he is, but he was a VERY
personable and honest business man at one point!! He
even drove to his mechanic's shop and searched
the place for an engine mount that was missing with my swap.
He paid for it to be mailed 2nd day air the same day!!
Fact is, he has gone out of his way several times for
me in the past and maybe something happend... If I
ever do hear from him again I will let you know.
