Unhappy 2003 Tahoe Memory Seat Problem

Occasionally the memory seat settings on my Tahoe are erased. There seems to be a correlation between washing the truck with a high pressure wand at a do-it-yourself carwash. When the settings are erased, pressing either 1 or 2 to recall the seat positions causes the seat to move all the way forward and up. I have an appt. with the dealer next week to check this out. Just wanted to see if anybody else had experienced this problem.
