Unhappy 2003 SE-R car probs...any help?

Hi,
Has any1 had problems w/ their '03 Nissan SE-R's engine turning off at idle? This has been happening these past few months. It doesn't occur all the time but enuf for me to get kinda freaked out. For example at the traffic light, the engine would just turn off and all lights on the dash would turn on. So i'd have to put my car in park and then restart. It also sometime struggles to initially start. The mechanic couldnt find anything wrong w/ it.
Please help! I dont know anything about cars!

K

[quote=sirsmiley]Hey man, I have the 03 spec v, and right after i bought it my car did the same thing and then my engine blew, there was a factory recall on the 03 spec v's cad converter, mine cracked down the side and sucked the spent fuel into the engine, listen to the other guy take it to the dealership. they should replace anything on the car from the damage as long as your under 50k miles.
