Define "ricey" european style

I was just wondering what the Europeans think about the defenition "ricey"
And I don't mean the Uncle Bents products :evillaugh

I read a thread about a guy who posted some pics of his REX
he had a BIG Honda logo sticker on his rear window
Is that considered "rice"
I have a small chinese sign on my rear window, but thinking of removing it
for something else (I dont know what that sign means, it might say: for sale or something )
And I was thinking about a Honda logo too for the rear.
And on my front window I was planning a sun filter with the text
Honda (then the H logo) Civic in the color Grey with white letters.

Any thoughts???

I think all the rice comments are a bit riced out..


For me "rice" is when you have stickers on your car which don't make sense, like a mugen sticker without any mugen parts in/on the car or a huge spoiler without any function, stuff like that.
But making your car look different or making it look the way you like is also often called rice by people who don't like it and that's just bullshit...
I wouldn't care too much if I were you, if you like a big "H" on your window then go for it, rice or not.

Maybe you're right about that people say thats "rice" because they don't like it themself.
But I also agree with the part that you put something on your car wich has
no meaning at all.

I'm still looking for a nice FONT for the text on the front sticker
anybody got a clue where I could get the REAL Honda font?

I have a Honda font on my comp, don't remember where I got it from though, if you want I can mail it to you.

The shop where I'm ordering the stickers said that
I could just give them a font of my choice and they would made it.
The stickers would be laser cut, so no prob there I guess.

I wouldn't spend to much attention to the rice issue. Most people think everything is rice exept the JDM cars. Go with what you like. I also used to have MUGEN stickers on my car, but I removed them because I was sick of seeing at them at sick that every asshole reved at me at the stoplight...

I totally agree with e´verything which has been said!! Personally I even don´t think it´s "ricey" to put a Mugen sticker on your car without having any Mugen parts because you could just be a fan of Mugen, when Mugen was into F1 for example. I mean, how many cars do you see with Ferrari stickers just because their are fans of Michael Schumacher and/or Ferrari?! (I dunno, maybe it´s just like that over here in germany, but I know that a lot of friends of mine from Antwerpe are Schumacher fans.) Just do with your car what you want to do!

Well, cicic_16v_1.6i, what do you think of the frontwindow stickers on the included pictures?
Got the original included and 2 pictures 'corelphotopainted' for my own car.
I personally like the mulsanne (turbo's) sticker, kind of japanese style, they are very rare, never seen 1 in reallife in fact.

more exclusive
I see alot of people with the "no fear" sticker on there rear window
And for what reasons? Don't know, don't care

It's a True Type Font, but I don't really know in what program I can
use it, I tried Wordpad and MS Word but they didn't recognize it.
But a standard font in wordpad and notepad that looks like it
is Bookman Old Style and then make the font Bold (vet).
I think I will order the stickers 2morrow at Poth Car Service
